Ospree Duty Free, operated by Mumbai Travel Retail Pvt Ltd (MTRPL), has introduced two exciting retail outlets at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport: The Bharat Story and Bon Voyage.
Targeting international travelers seeking a taste of Indian luxury, The Bharat Story offers a curated selection of indigenous products including liquor, sweets, souvenirs, and exclusive spice and tea gift boxes. This destination store also features Indian paintings and toys, showcasing the richness of Indian craftsmanship and culture.
Bon Voyage marks the airport’s first duty-free convenience store in the Departures section of Terminal 2. Shoppers can explore a wide range of products, from chocolates and beverages to travel essentials, books, digital accessories, toys, and souvenirs. With renowned international brands like Lindt, Venchi, and JBL, Bon Voyage promises a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience for travelers.
These store openings coincide with the peak summer travel period, strategically positioned to cater to the influx of travelers passing through Mumbai Airport. Avishek Bambii Das, CEO of MTRPL, said “We are thrilled to introduce The Bharat Story and Bon Voyage to Mumbai International Airport. Bharat Story is our endeavour to bring the indigenous luxury products to global forefront. We aim to establish Bon Voyage as the epitome of convenient travel retail in the country. These launches also reaffirm our commitment to enhance the travel experience for our esteemed customers at every step of the journey. Customer satisfaction remains our foremost priority, and this endeavour attests to that commitment.”
With Mumbai experiencing a surge in passenger volume, Ospree aims to tap into the thriving travel shopping market by offering unique retail experiences at the airport. By bringing together Indian luxury and international convenience, Ospree seeks to create a memorable shopping environment that resonates with travelers from around the world.
As Ospree continues to innovate and elevate the travel retail landscape, travelers can look forward to discovering new treasures and experiences at Mumbai Airport's latest retail destinations. Whether indulging in Indian luxury or picking up last-minute travel essentials, Ospree ensures that every step of the journey is met with satisfaction and convenience.
