Indiranagar’s vibrant food scene welcomes a fresh wave of flavours as Ouzo by Fire, a Goan-themed Bar and Grill, launches its new season. Offering a unique combination of traditional Goan tastes with a contemporary twist, Ouzo’s latest menu promises a delightful blend of bold flavours in both food and drinks.
The refreshed bar menu brings to life Ouzo's signature cocktails, each carefully designed to enhance the rich, robust flavours of the Goan-inspired dishes. Signature creations like Ouzo by the Sea, Coconutty Kokum, and Jamuntini capture Goa’s vibrant spirit, while a new range of coffee drinks, including Rosetta Martini, Tangerian Coffee, and Coffee Jack, offer guests a rich and flavorful alternative.
For food enthusiasts, Ouzo’s grill menu features Goan-style grilled selections, from vegetarian options like Broccoli, Mushrooms, and Vegetable Shashlik to seafood and meats such as Seer Fish, Baby Pomfret, Lobster, Chicken Breast, and Lamb Chops. Each is paired with sides and curries that elevate the traditional flavours.
Ouzo’s small plates bring the essence of Goa to the table with dishes like Prawn & Pork Chorizo in Chilli Oil, Butter Garlic Squids & Prawns, and the crowd-pleaser Cheese Chilli Pao with Green Chilli & Garlic Thecha, delivering a burst of flavour with each bite.
Diners can enjoy classic Goan main courses with a modern twist, including Goan Prawn Curry, spicy Pork Vindaloo, and Mushroom Xacuti Curry. For lighter fare, the Goan Café menu offers a variety of sandwiches, flatbreads, and fresh salads, such as the Charred & Pulled Tandoori Chicken Sandwich and the refreshing Chilled Watermelon with Greens Salad.
To wrap up the meal on a sweet note, Ouzo offers traditional Goan desserts like Alle' Belle and the beloved Bebinca, providing a fitting end to a flavourful experience.

Designed as a lively, open-air setting, the venue offers a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere where guests can catch live matches with comfortable lounge seating, ambient lighting, and a social, fan-driven vibe. The experience will run until May 31, 2026, aligning with the ongoing cricket season.
To enhance the match-day experience, the venue has introduced themed beverage offers inspired by cricket moments. Highlights include the Powerplay Bucket, featuring four beers available until the sixth over, and the Hat-Trick Bucket, where guests receive a complimentary beer if a hat-trick occurs during the match.
Additional offerings include the Free Hit Bucket, paired with snacks such as French fries or masala peanuts, and the Fan Jersey Bucket, which rewards guests wearing an India jersey with a 20% discount. These curated combinations aim to bring together sport, socialising, and casual dining in a single setting.

Penguin Overseas has announced the launch of ‘So Good Soju’ in India, marking its entry into the fast-growing low-ABV, flavour-forward beverage segment that is reshaping consumption patterns among younger consumers.
Positioned as a modern lifestyle drink, the brand reflects a shift towards lighter, more social, and experience-driven drinking occasions, from house parties to casual evenings out.
