Palette by CheckIn City Centre Amritsar has announced the appointment of Mukul Kapoor as its new General Manager, effective September 2026. The property is managed through PRISM and is located in Amritsar, Punjab. Mukul Kapoor brings over eight years of experience in hospitality, with expertise across hotel operations, front office management, revenue management, business development, guest relations and overall property management.

His career reflects a steady progression through various operational and leadership roles, beginning as a Front Office Executive and moving through positions including Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager.

Before taking on his new role at Palette by CheckIn City Centre Amritsar, Mukul held leadership positions with Ramee Group of Hotels & Apartments, Amritsar, where he served as General Manager and was involved in operations leadership. He has also worked as Sales & Operations Manager at Dew Drop Hotels Amritsar and Operations Manager at Comfort Hotel by Choice Hotels, Amritsar. His earlier experience includes several roles with Lords Eco Inn Hotel, Amritsar, where he progressed from Front Office Executive to Duty Manager, Front Office Manager and Operations Manager.

Throughout his career, Mukul has been responsible for overall hotel operations, financial and revenue management, sales and business development, team leadership, guest satisfaction, service standards, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and operational strategy. His experience also includes managing rooms, restaurants and banquet operations while leading cross-functional hotel teams.

Mukul was recognised with the Operation Manager of the Year Award in April 2023 for his performance. He also attended the GM's Conclave of Lords Hotels & Resorts in 2023 and the Annual Leadership Meet 2026 of Ramee Group of Hotels & Apartments.

He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Lords Institute of Management, Surat, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab.

With his experience across hotel operations, revenue generation, business development and team leadership, Mukul Kapoor will take on the responsibility of leading Palette by CheckIn City Centre Amritsar and overseeing its overall operations and guest experience.
