Peche Mignon, the quaint French patisserie at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, has just added a delicious new twist to its offerings—a Neapolitan pizza menu that brings the heart of Naples to the coast of Juhu.
Famed for its flaky croissants, indulgent desserts, and artisanal breads, Peche Mignon now ventures into Italian territory with handcrafted, wood-fired pizzas. Think classic crusts kissed by flame, topped with gourmet ingredients, and served in the café’s signature Parisian-style setting.
The new menu features a well-curated variety for pizza lovers. Highlights include the rich and creamy Quattro Formaggi, loaded with pecorino romano, parmesan, mozzarella, and goat cheese; the vibrant Pollo Al Pesto, pairing basil pesto with grilled chicken and mozzarella on a bed of tomato sauce; and the bold BBQ Chipotle Chicken, which layers spicy BBQ sauce, pickled jalapeños, and buffalo mozzarella for an extra kick.
Balancing cheese, spice, and the rustic charm of an authentic wood-fired crust, each pizza offers a satisfying slice of comfort. Whether you’re in for a casual lunch, an evening treat, or just a change from the sweet temptations, this new menu brings variety and depth to the café's otherwise French-leaning repertoire.
Set against a backdrop of cozy pastels, elegant counters, and relaxed charm, Peche Mignon continues to be Juhu’s go-to café for all-day indulgence—now with a side of Naples.

Chinese Wok, one of India’s leading Desi Chinese quick service restaurant (QSR) brands, has unveiled a revamped dine-in menu that simplifies choices, introduces sharper pricing, and delivers a bolder dining experience. The transformation is part of the brand’s continued evolution, informed by extensive consumer research and AI-led behavioural analytics.
The new two-page menu, designed to reduce complexity and decision fatigue, replaces the earlier expansive list of over 100 items and 1,000 possible combinations. Guests can now enjoy 12 customisable value combos, offering up to 40% savings, alongside popular picks like the Super Bowl. The result: a 35% reduction in ordering time, improved guest accessibility, and faster in-store operations.
“We noticed a pattern — customers were increasingly defaulting to à la carte orders, which often led to unplanned spends and slower decision-making,” said Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal, Founder and Director, Lenexis Foodworks. “Our trials during Sunday and Wednesday offers proved that the right pricing and packaging could shift this behaviour significantly. The new menu is a direct response to those insights — designed to simplify choices, accelerate order time, and drive higher combo adoption. It’s about making indulgence easier while strengthening dine-in efficiency and profitability.”
As part of this strategic revamp, hero products like Kurkure Momos and Desi Chowmein now take centre stage, reflecting the brand’s commitment to innovation and scaling high-demand favourites.
Complementing the menu update are refreshed interiors across Chinese Wok outlets, featuring bold colour palettes, dynamic graphics, modernised furniture, upgraded lighting, curated music, and AR-powered digital experiences — all curated to foster a vibrant, social, and immersive dining atmosphere.
The menu and store redesigns arrive at a pivotal point in Chinese Wok’s 10-year journey. With over 235 stores operating under a COCO (Company-Owned, Company-Operated) model, the brand ensures consistency in quality and service. As it aims for a ₹1000 crore target, this consumer-focused transformation is set to drive the next phase of growth.
As a proud homegrown QSR, Chinese Wok continues to set new standards in Indian-style Chinese cuisine—blending innovation, scalability, and consumer delight to solidify its place as a frontrunner in India's evolving food retail landscape.
The iconic Sampan restaurant at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has reimagined itself—now reopening as Sampan 2.0, a bold new Pan-Asian experience that blends regional authenticity with modern indulgence. Known for its legendary status in Mumbai’s Indo-Chinese dining scene, the new avatar brings an elevated, immersive twist to Asian cuisine.
The reinvented menu spans the culinary spectrum of East Asia, spotlighting fiery Korean flavors, comforting Thai curries, refined Japanese delicacies, and the robust spice profiles of Sichuan. Whether you’re craving the soulful warmth of a Prawns Egg Drop Soup, the crunch of Homemade Furikake Corn Ribs, or the interactive fun of Crispy Duck Pancakes, each dish is crafted with attention to detail and respect for tradition.
Sampan 2.0 invites guests to witness the magic of live cooking stations and interactive counters that recreate the excitement of Asian street-style kitchens. From sizzling teppanyaki and fresh hand-rolled sushi to umami-rich miso ramen and delicate dim sums, the culinary storytelling unfolds in real time.
Signature dishes include:
– Lemon & Coriander Soup– Dragon Roll– Crispy Squid Takrai– Edamame Stir-Fry– Spicy Veg Miso Ramen– Roast Lamb in Your Choice of Sauce
While the mains are served table-side, the dynamic live counters add drama and aroma to the dining experience, appealing to all five senses. The setting balances contemporary design with traditional Asian motifs, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and group celebrations.
“Sampan 2.0 isn't just a menu upgrade—it’s a cultural journey through the heart of Asia,” say the culinary leads behind the transformation.
Whether you’re a loyal patron or a curious first-timer, Sampan 2.0 is your new destination for elevated Asian dining in Juhu.

Bengaluru’s discerning cocktail crowd has a new address—and it’s hiding in plain sight. Nestled on Museum Road, Muro Mezz unveils Musings 2.0, a bold new cocktail menu that signals a quiet but confident transformation: from a stylish upstairs bar to a mood-driven, cocktail-first destination.
No grand renovation. Just sharp intent and a menu that speaks in flavour, texture, and nuance.
“The bar has always been there,” says Niharika Raval, Co-Founder of Muro, “but now it has a story to tell. Musings 2.0 is our way of starting a deeper conversation—between the glass, the plate, and the guest.”
The new cocktail offerings are anything but ordinary. From the rebellious El Mariachi, which blends tequila with Doritos and salsa, to the dessert-turned-drink Mango Sticky Rice, this is a menu designed to surprise. Sweet Chin Music ends with coconut namelaka and a delicate lavash, while highballs like Coffee Pandan Rum and Melon Cream Soda are triple-carbonated and rested at –21°C to achieve pristine flavour and mouthfeel.
Even the zero-proof drinks make an impression—the Garibaldi features nitro-charged orange juice for a creamy, velvety finish without alcohol.
Pairing these cocktails is a sharp new bar bites menu, drawing inspiration from Thai and Cantonese street food. Expect the likes of sesame prawn toast, a single charcoal-grilled duck meatball, or a flaky, spice-laden curry puff. Each plate is designed not to fill, but to echo and amplify what’s in your glass—creating a back-and-forth of bold, surprising pairings.
“At Muro Mezz, food and drink are in constant conversation—sharp, aromatic, and intentionally unexpected,” says Niharika. “The idea was to create something that doesn’t overwhelm, but constantly invites you back in.”
The experience flows from morning to night. Downstairs, Muro Café offers serene Asian-inspired breakfasts, before transitioning into MURO—a refined lunch and dinner space showcasing Thai and Cantonese cuisine. But once the sun sets, the mood shifts: upstairs comes alive with the Musings 2.0 menu, giving serious drinkers and curious explorers a space to slow down, sip, and savour.
Muro Mezz isn’t just Bengaluru’s newest cocktail bar. It’s a thoughtful, flavour-led experience for those who seek more—where every sip and bite is calibrated for tension, temperature, and memory.
