Perth Airport is teaming up with Accor to debut the first Pullman Perth Airport Hotel, set to open in 2027. This partnership introduces the first hotel within Perth Airport’s estate, a 240-room luxury property featuring suites, a rooftop restaurant, a bar, and various amenities, including a gym, sauna, meeting rooms, and co-working spaces. Located at the airport's gateway, this hotel aims to offer comfort and convenience for travelers and is part of a $5 billion capital investment program to modernize the airport.

Dan Sweet, Perth Airport’s Chief Property Officer, emphasized the project’s significance: “The new Pullman Perth Airport Hotel will be a world-class facility, conveniently located at our major terminals. It’s a welcome addition for international and interstate visitors, providing a comfortable space to unwind during their travels.”

The hotel’s design by DKO Architecture captures Western Australia’s natural beauty through unique materials and forms, aiming to create a warm and distinctive experience for both domestic and international guests.

Adrian Williams, Chief Operating Officer of Accor Pacific PM&E, highlighted the transformation of airports into commercial hubs and noted that the Pullman Perth Airport will become the fourth Pullman airport hotel in the Pacific region, alongside Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland.

This partnership further extends Accor’s presence in the region, adding to its over 20 Pullman hotels and resorts across Australia and New Zealand and showcasing the brand’s expansion within Australia and globally.
