P.F. Chang’s, the globally celebrated icon of Pan-Asian dining, has officially opened its third outlet in Mumbai, located in the bustling neighbourhood of Andheri West. This launch marks the brand’s sixth restaurant in India and underscores its growing presence in the country’s thriving culinary scene.
Backed by Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. (GIPL), the Andheri restaurant delivers not just bold, wok-fired flavours but an immersive dining experience that blends iconic recipes with local flair, inventive cocktails, and a high-energy lounge-style atmosphere.
The Andheri menu is a vibrant showcase of over 80 dishes that span small plates, sushi, dim sum, mains, desserts, and the signature Wok-Fired Bowls. Diners can dig into time-honoured favourites like Original Dynamite Shrimp, Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Orange Chicken, and Mongolian Tenderloin—each made without MSG and cooked using traditional wok techniques.
Local palates will also appreciate India-only innovations like Lotus Root Crisp, Hunan Chilli Chicken, and the fiery Ring of Fire Shrimp. Dumpling fans are in for a treat too, with highlights like Spicy Prawn, Chilli Oil Vegetarian Dumplings, and Scallion Ginger Chicken.
The sushi menu stands out with creative rolls like the Togarashi Tempura Roll and the indulgent Aburi Salmon Roll, while the Build-Your-Own Wok-Fired Bowls offer weekday flexibility with signature sauces like Black Pepper, Classic Black Bean, and Fiery Ring of Fire.
Once the sun sets, the Andheri outlet transforms into a buzzing lounge-style hangout. A sleek bar counter, live DJ sets, and a menu of exclusive cocktails such as Wolf of Lokhandwala (whisky, yuzu, matcha caramel) and Midnight in Versova (hibiscus gin, elderflower, smoke bubble) elevate the mood for late-night gatherings.
