This marks the inaugural occasion of these two sister brands of True Palate Hospitality coming together to present a one of a kind dining experience.
This series celebrates India's diverse regional cuisines, connecting your palate with the essence of each region. Inspired by Chef Kunal's extensive journey across India, this event brings authentic flavours and techniques straight to your table, showcasing generations of perfected cooking methods.
Chef Kunal Kapur excitedly states that, "With 'Pincodes to Plates,' we're unravelling India's culinary secrets, one bite at a time. This culinary series is a tribute to the art of cooking that binds our nation. Each dish not only tantalises taste buds but also narrates the stories of traditions and flavours that make India's cuisine so enchanting."
The Main Course sections offer a medley of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, highlighting the diverse and rich flavours that India has to offer like the legendary Champaran Meat, Green Chilli Paratha 493992, straight out of God's Own Country is the Wayanadan Chicken Curry, Parotta 673121, the classic Punjabi Chole, Chur Chur Naan 143001 and the tangy Martbaan Paneer, Masala Lachha Paratha.
Experience the exquisite symphony of flavours with their Pulao selection. For vegetarians, the Bombay Tawa Pulao awaits, a symphony of spices and vegetables evoking the bustling streets of Bombay. Lords Hotels & Resorts has appointed Mr. Jitendra Sharma as the new Regional Manager for its properties in Rajasthan, based out of Nathdwara. In this role, Sharma will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the hotels under his leadership, including managing the P&L and operations at Shri Vallabh Vilas Lords Plaza in Nathdwara. His focus will be on ensuring the delivery of True Value Hospitality to guests.
Sharma has been with Lords Hotels for almost a decade, previously serving as the Sr. General Manager at Lords Plaza Jaipur, where he made significant contributions by boosting profitability and improving guest ratings. His deep understanding of the brand’s goals, service standards, and identity, gained over 22 years in the industry, will be key in driving future success. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the prestigious Pusa Institute.
“I am excited to lead Shri Vallabh Vilas Lords Plaza,” Sharma said. “The chance to manage operations in such a culturally rich and vibrant destination is something I truly look forward to. I'm eager to work with the passionate team here to continue delivering exceptional experiences.”
