This marks the inaugural occasion of these two sister brands of True Palate Hospitality coming together to present a one of a kind dining experience.
This series celebrates India's diverse regional cuisines, connecting your palate with the essence of each region. Inspired by Chef Kunal's extensive journey across India, this event brings authentic flavours and techniques straight to your table, showcasing generations of perfected cooking methods.
Chef Kunal Kapur excitedly states that, "With 'Pincodes to Plates,' we're unravelling India's culinary secrets, one bite at a time. The Main Course sections offer a medley of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, highlighting the diverse and rich flavours that India has to offer like the legendary Champaran Meat, Green Chilli Paratha 493992, straight out of God's Own Country is the Wayanadan Chicken Curry, Parotta 673121, the classic Punjabi Chole, Chur Chur Naan 143001 and the tangy Martbaan Paneer, Masala Lachha Paratha.

Kouzina Food Tech Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing food-tech and cloud kitchen platforms, has announced the appointment of Geetika Anand Gupta as its Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The move comes as the company continues to expand its portfolio of digital-first food brands and strengthen its position in the technology-driven food services space.
Geetika will continue as CEO & Co-founder of MOPP Foods, a Kouzina Food Tech company, while taking on broader responsibilities across the Kouzina ecosystem. In her expanded role, she will oversee brand strategy, consumer marketing, product innovation, customer experience, innovation-led growth, and business excellence initiatives across the company’s brands and partner network.
The appointment marks an important step in Kouzina’s growth journey as it works towards building one of India’s most scalable technology-led food services platforms.
