A Culinary Symphony Curated by Chef Riccardo

At Pizza Pazzi, the spotlight is on authenticity. Helmed by the talented Chef Riccardo, the menu reimagines Italian classics while staying true to their roots.

The result? A space that feels simultaneously modern and steeped in tradition.

From Founder to Foodies

For Khaitan, Pizza Pazzi is more than a restaurant; it’s a passion project. “We envisioned a place where people could come together to share good food, laughter, and memories. Pizza Pazzi is a tribute to Italy’s culinary magic, infused with Delhi’s vibrant energy,” he shares.

Starting 6th August 2026 onwards, the festival takes diners on a culinary journey through the noodle cultures of Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China, Myanmar and Hong Kong.
