Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V., a leader in the all-inclusive hospitality segment, has announced its decision to sell Jewel Paradise Cove resort in a $28.5 million cash transaction. The agreement marks a significant move in Playa’s strategic approach to portfolio management.
This binding agreement is subject to standard closing conditions, and the transaction is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. While Playa is optimistic about finalizing the deal within the expected timeline, the company has noted that there are no assurances of its completion until all conditions are met.
