With over 15 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Prasad brings a wealth of expertise to his role, promising to lead the hotel to new heights.

In his role as General Manager, Prasad Rao will oversee a spectrum of responsibilities, including operations management, budget oversight, fostering effective team communication, and ensuring compliance with dynamic regulations. His extensive career has seen him play a crucial part in the pre-opening of various hotels, contributing significantly to policy formation, operational procedures, and overall efficiency enhancement.

Prasad commenced his professional journey at JW Marriott Hotels, starting as an Assistant Events Manager at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. He then transitioned to leadership roles within the chain, showcasing his versatility and leadership acumen. His journey also includes diverse experiences in renowned hotels such as Accor Hotels – Novotel Pune, Radisson Hotel Group, Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide.

A graduate in Hotel Management, specializing in Food and Beverage Service from the National Council for Hotel Management, IHM Goa, Prasad is recognized for his analytical prowess, business acumen, and strategic planning abilities. His skills extend to areas such as hotel design, conceptual ideation, and process optimization, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector.

Beyond his professional commitments, Prasad enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and has a passion for travel and reading books.
