Prudhvi boasts an impressive academic and professional background, with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He holds an MBA from UBI University in Chennai and possesses diplomas in both Aviation and Hotel Management, providing him with a solid foundation for success in this multifaceted field.
His journey in the professional world began as a Customer Service Supervisor at Paramount Airways, Chennai, where he honed his skills in managing and coordinating with various operational departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and fulfill guest requests.
Continuing his upward trajectory, Prudhvi served as an Assistant Sales Manager at The Raintree Hotel, further enhancing his industry knowledge and expertise. His relentless pursuit of excellence led him to the position of Sales Manager at The Park, Chennai, where he consistently made significant contributions to the sector.
Notably, Prudhvi's most recent role was as the Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Chennai, where he dedicated more than 8 years to the Hyatt family. During his tenure, he achieved remarkable milestones, demonstrating his dynamic abilities and unwavering commitment.
Prudhvi is known for his enthusiasm, sincerity, and strong work ethic. His career exemplifies dedication, achievement, and leadership within the hospitality industry. Park Hyatt Hyderabad warmly welcomes Prudhvi to their team.

Mercure Hyderabad KCP has appointed Amit Kumar as its new Food and Beverage Manager. With over 11 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Kumar brings a clear vision to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings and deliver standout guest experiences.
Kumar’s professional journey includes notable positions with well-known hotel brands such as Sheraton Hyderabad, The Westin Pune, The Westin Chennai, and Novotel Airport Hyderabad. In his most recent role at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, he served as Banquet Manager, where he led high-profile events and implemented systems that improved both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
At Mercure Hyderabad KCP, Kumar will be responsible for managing all food and beverage operations, including the hotel’s popular dining outlets, banquet services, and in-room dining. His focus will be on driving innovation, raising service standards, and curating memorable culinary experiences that reflect the Mercure brand's unique identity.
Amandeep Singh, General Manager at Mercure Hyderabad KCP, shared, “We are excited to welcome Mr. Amit Kumar to our leadership team. Ibis Styles Mysuru has announced the appointment of Uttaran Acharya as its new Front Office Manager. With a rich career of over ten years in the hospitality industry, Acharya brings deep expertise in front office operations, guest relations, and team leadership.
Before joining Ibis Styles Mysuru, Acharya served as Assistant Front Office Manager (Operational Head) at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru, where he successfully streamlined operations, improved guest satisfaction, and led strategic service quality initiatives. His prior experience includes key roles with prominent hotel brands such as Radisson Bengaluru City Center, Royal Orchid Central, The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, and Le Meridien Kochi.
In his new role, Acharya will lead the front office team with a strong focus on guest experience, service excellence, and operational efficiency. His strong background in customer service and process optimization is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s commitment to delivering top-notch hospitality.

Acharya holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Punjab Technical University and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Holiday Inn has appointed Harpreet Kaur Bakshi as the Cluster Marketing Manager for its two prominent properties in Delhi NCR—Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida and Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90. In her new role, Bakshi will lead the marketing and communications strategies for both hotels, aligning them with overall business goals and enhancing brand presence in the competitive NCR market.
Bakshi brings with her over 13 years of experience in the hospitality sector, marked by a strong portfolio in implementing effective marketing strategies, building brand visibility, collaborating with like-minded partners, and executing impactful campaigns.
Prior to this, she served as Cluster Marketing Communications Manager at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre and DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square. Her contributions included expanding digital visibility, creating effective marketing campaigns, and playing a key role in the pre-opening phase of Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre.
Her earlier career also includes stints at ITC WelcomHotel Dwarka, Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place, and The Metropolitan Hotel & Spa, further cementing her reputation as a seasoned marketing professional in the hospitality landscape.
