The Radisson RED Phnom Penh and Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, both part of the expansive Prince Happiness Plaza mixed-use development, are set to welcome guests by the first quarter of 2026. Developed in collaboration with Prince Real Estate Group, one of the leading developers in the region, this dual-branded project underscores a shared vision for Phnom Penh's future as a destination.
