Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Shri Raj Goswami as its Director of Food & Beverage. With a career spanning over 12 years across some of the world’s most renowned luxury hotel brands, Goswami steps into the role with deep expertise, refined sensibilities, and a passion for curating memorable dining journeys.

In his new role, Goswami will take charge of the resort’s expansive culinary offerings, including its nine restaurants and bars, as well as its signature banquet and event experiences. His leadership is expected to further elevate the bespoke gastronomic experiences that define the Raffles brand.

Before joining Raffles Udaipur, Goswami served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, where he oversaw six dining venues, in-room dining, and large-scale banquet operations. His journey also includes significant stints at The Four Seasons in Maldives and Bahrain, The Oberoi Agra, and Taj Lake Palace Udaipur.

Adding to his credentials, Goswami is a certified sommelier, holding recognitions from the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET. His approach to leadership blends innovation, cultural storytelling, and a nuanced understanding of global dining trends.
