Mango Fig Rum Delight

Unique Aspect: This cocktail combines the rich sweetness of mango and fig with the robust flavor of rum, resulting in a tropical and refreshing drink.

Recipe:

  • 2 oz dark rum – we love Makazai

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • Ice cubes

  • Vaum Mango Fig Botanical Water

  1. In a shaker, combine dark rum, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well.

  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.

  3. Top with Vaum Mango Fig Botanical Water.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of mango.

Known for its commitment to fresh, preservative-free, and plant-based cooking, the brand continues to champion mindful dining with dishes that balance taste, nutrition, and sustainability.

The new outlet, set in the backyard of a century-old home surrounded by greenery, features both indoor and outdoor seating for up to 120 guests. Santé’s menu remains true to its wellness-driven ethos.
