After redefining luxury dining in South Delhi with its fusion of cosmopolitan flavours and modern Indian finesse, Raiya, the city’s emerging culinary jewel, has unveiled its latest innovation: the Darbar-e-Khaas Meal Bowls.
Designed for the modern gourmand, these bowls reinterpret royal indulgence for today’s lifestyle transforming everyday dining into a refined, intimate affair.
Located in the heart of South Delhi, Raiya has quickly become synonymous with understated grandeur. Its interiors seamlessly blend Indian heritage with Victorian sophistication, creating an ambience where luxury feels warm, personal, and timeless.
The new Darbar-e-Khaas Bowls capture that same philosophy. Each bowl balances flavour, nutrition, and elegance — from the rich Shehenshahi Murg Bowl and the classic Badshahi Dal Makhani Bowl, to the vegetarian favourite Mystic Mushroom. Every creation reflects Raiya’s signature artistry, intricate, soulful, and culturally expressive.
The launch marks part of Raiya’s seasonal evolution, which introduces new highlights such as Ocean Kissed Prawns, Avocado Affair Flatbread, and Sole of the Sea. For dessert enthusiasts, the Lotus Biscoff Royal Cheesecake continues to reign supreme as a house favourite.
To accompany the new menu, The Lustre Collective Bar at Raiya presents an innovative lineup of clarified cocktails that fuse mixology with art. Signatures like Noureen (a blend of nine spirits), Madira Treasury (inspired by ancient Saki rituals), and Elysian elevate the experience into a sensory journey.
“Raiya was envisioned as a treasure, not just of flavours, but of moments,” says Priyamm Chauhan, Founder of Raiya. “The Darbar-e-Khaas bowls represent how luxury dining is evolving. It’s no longer just about grandeur, but about intimacy, comfort, and connection, without losing its soul.”
