Ramee Group of Hotels has launched ‘India, Served Whole’, a curated culinary initiative celebrating the country’s diverse regional flavours and food traditions through specially crafted dining experiences at participating properties until August 31, 2026.

Built around the theme “Where Every City Has a Story on the Plate,” the initiative invites guests to explore India’s culinary diversity through menus inspired by regional traditions, authentic recipes and locally rooted ingredients.

As part of the initiative, participating Ramee properties will spotlight different regional cuisines, creating distinct dining experiences that reflect the culinary identity of the regions they represent. The offerings span a diverse range of Indian food traditions, including South Indian, Awadhi, Maharashtrian, Malvani, Rajasthani and North Indian cuisines.

The initiative aims to take diners beyond familiar Indian dishes by highlighting the distinctive flavours, ingredients and cooking traditions that shape India's regional food culture. Each experience is designed to offer guests an opportunity to discover the culinary stories associated with different parts of the country.

From the rich and aromatic preparations of Awadh to the bold flavours of Malvani cuisine and the traditional dishes of Rajasthan and South India, ‘India, Served Whole’ brings together a wide spectrum of regional Indian gastronomy under one culinary initiative.

Guests can visit participating Ramee properties and explore the regional dining experiences available at their nearest location through August 31, 2026.
