Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton, he served as the Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Garden Inn, Hinjewadi, where he managed multiple F&B outlets and large-scale banquets. His extensive experience also includes key roles at Godwin Hotels and Resorts, Welcomhotel Katra by ITC Hotels, Seven Seas Hotel, Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, and ITC Maurya New Delhi.

Throughout his career, Chander has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, and banquet management. His deep understanding of the hospitality industry's nuances and his ability to lead teams towards excellence have earned him a reputation for delivering outstanding results.
