As the monsoon season arrives, it's the perfect time to enjoy the cozy atmosphere with family. What better way to enhance these moments than with a selection of refreshing and delicious mocktails? Here are some easy-to-make recipes that will delight your taste buds and add a splash of fun to your gatherings. Whether you’re hosting a get-together or unwinding after a long day, these mocktails are sure to create memorable moments.
Ginger Lemon Black Tea Fizz
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 tsp loose black tea or 2 tea bags
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
4-5 cardamom pods, crushed
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 bottle Vaum Ginger Ale
Honey or sugar to taste
Instructions:
Boil water in a pot and add ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black peppercorns, and fennel seeds.
Let the spices simmer for 5-7 minutes to release their flavors.
Add loose tea or tea bags and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
Strain the tea into a glass and shake this mixture with ice.
Top off with Vaum Clear Ginger Ale.
Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
Cucumber Mint Mojito
1 bottle Vaum Cucumber Mint flavor
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 tbsp simple syrup or honey
Ice cubes
In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with the simple syrup or honey.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in the Vaum Cucumber Mint botanical water.
Stir gently and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
Serve immediately.
Citrus Cooler
1 bottle Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Orange and lemon slices for garnish
In a pitcher, mix together the orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup.
Add the Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
Garnish with orange and lemon slices.
Serve chilled.
