Roastery Coffee House, a Specialty Coffee Roaster from Hyderabad, India, has embarked on a journey into the Finnish market with the grand opening of its coffee haven in Helsinki. The expansion comes after a successful three-day popup event held earlier in December, captivating coffee enthusiasts in Helsinki and setting the stage for the brand's official entry into the European coffee scene.

Established in 2017, Roastery Coffee House is on a mission to foster a rich coffee culture and unite coffee lovers. The brand, rooted in Indian coffee estates, takes pride in environmentally friendly cultivation practices that produce the finest shade-grown Arabica coffee. In contrast to commercial coffee farming, India, and Roastery Coffee House in particular, prioritise being in harmony with nature, preserving the biodiversity of the dense forests.

Roastery Coffee House's expansion plan includes a series of regular pop-up events until March 2024, complementing its operational website. The grand inauguration of the Roastery Coffee House Cafe in Helsinki is highly anticipated, promising a sustainable, zero-waste ethos. The café aims to provide customers with a diverse array of Indian coffee, sourced from esteemed estates like Thogarihunkal, Baarbara, and Tribo.

Nishant Sinha, the Founder of Roastery Coffee House, expressed his excitement about this significant milestone, stating, "This is more than just coffee; it's about creating an experience and a journey of flavours. Roastery Coffee House is now set to make global waves by creating a name for an Indian brand in Europe. Our decision to expand to Finland stems from a shared passion for premium coffee between the two countries."

During the popup event, Roastery Coffee House received valuable feedback, with brisk sales of 250 packets of freshly roasted coffee beans in just three days and over 200 cups of specialty coffee. The brand's appeal lies not only in the quality of its coffee but also in the story behind Indian coffee—from farm to cup. Roastery Coffee House aims to emphasise India's prominence in producing top-tier coffee, highlighting traceability and sustainable practices.

What sets Roastery Coffee House apart is its dedication to brewing perfection. The brand meticulously crafts its coffee using various global techniques such as French press, AeroPress, pour-over, syphon, and more. The new signings include four Oakwood Premier properties in Adelaide, Bali, Shenzhen, and Singapore. This growth is driven by Oakwood’s flex-hybrid model, which merges the comfort of serviced apartments with the luxury of hotels. With nearly 100 properties worldwide, Oakwood's portfolio spans 14 countries and 50 cities, offering diverse options for travelers in both key urban centers like Tokyo and resort destinations like Batam, Chongli, and Ha Long.
