In celebration of World Environment Day, Kush Kapoor, CEO of Roseate Hotels & Resorts, reaffirmed the brand’s deep commitment to sustainability, showcasing how green innovation is central to their luxury hospitality experience.
“At Roseate Hotels & Resorts, sustainability is not an afterthought—it is central to our ethos and deeply ingrained in our design, operations, and guest experiences,” said Kapoor.
From preserving over 1,000 trees at The Roseate New Delhi to using advanced atmospheric panels that extract and purify moisture from air, the group has embedded eco-consciousness in every detail. Plastic bottles are replaced with in-house alkaline glass bottled water, and the brand is steadily moving towards a paperless ecosystem with digital ordering, e-billing, and receipts.
As part of its drive towards a low-carbon future, Roseate is transitioning to hybrid vehicles, and its organic and hydroponic farms provide fresh produce for its kitchens. Kapoor adds,
“Even vegetable peels are thoughtfully repurposed into artisanal marmalades, minimizing food waste creatively.”
Their in-house waste management system ensures on-site composting of biodegradable waste and responsible recycling of other materials, promoting a circular economy.
Energy-saving initiatives like solar-powered heating, LED lighting, and LEED Gold-certified operations further reinforce their environmental mission.
“Sustainability, for us, is a mindset—a daily responsibility to craft luxurious yet conscious experiences for the modern traveller,” said Kapoor. With the goal of becoming 100% paper-free, Roseate Hotels & Resorts continues to raise the bar for green luxury hospitality in India.
