Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Abhishek Dhar as General Manager of Rosetta Sakleshpur, marking his return to the flagship resort where he previously served as Resident Manager. He most recently led Elements by Rosetta in Varca, Goa, as General Manager.

Set within a 100-acre coffee plantation in Hassan, Karnataka, Rosetta Sakleshpur is located approximately a three-hour drive from Bengaluru. In his new role, Dhar will oversee the resort's overall operations, focusing on service excellence, team development and guest satisfaction.

With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Dhar brings expertise in food and beverage, hotel operations and guest experience. His professional journey includes leading hospitality brands such as The Imperial, New Delhi; Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru; Raffles Hotel Singapore; The Leela Palaces & Resorts; Hyatt Hotels; Alila Hotels & Resorts; InterContinental Hotels Group; Evolve Back; GreenPark Hotels & Resorts; and Rosetta Hospitality.

Dhar began his career at The Imperial, New Delhi, where he spent six years developing his experience in luxury hotel operations and progressed to Assistant Restaurant Manager. He later worked across several international and Indian hospitality brands, gaining experience in food and beverage operations and hotel management.

He joined Rosetta Hospitality in 2019 as Pre-Opening Manager for Rosetta Sakleshpur, overseeing preparations ahead of the resort's opening. He subsequently became Resident Manager, gaining an understanding of the property's operations and nature-led positioning.

Dhar later moved to Goa to lead Elements by Rosetta as General Manager. During his tenure, the resort achieved a five-star classification, marking an important milestone in its development.

At Rosetta Sakleshpur, he will also guide the continued development of experiential offerings across accommodation, dining and events, with a focus on the property's natural surroundings and regional character.
