Rosetta Hospitality has announced the appointment of Nitesh Kapur as the Resort Manager of Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa, where he will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the resort.

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Kapur brings operational expertise from leading hospitality companies, including Marriott, Le Méridien, Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency and InterContinental Hotels Group. In his previous role as the Director of Rooms at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR, he was involved in the pre-opening and successful launch of Marriott’s first courtyard resort in India.

Throughout his career, Kapur has developed expertise across guest experience, room operations, team development, brand compliance and operational performance. His leadership approach focuses on operational discipline, service excellence and a strong understanding of guest experience.

At Elements by Rosetta, Kapur will oversee the resort’s overall operations, with a focus on strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences, developing the team and driving operational performance as the resort enters its next phase of growth.
