Rosetta Hospitality is set to make a splash in the affordable luxury market with the launch of Elements by Rosetta-Varca in South Goa. This new venture aims to offer a perfect blend of comfort and high-end amenities, targeting the increasing demand for affordable luxury travel.
The Elements by Rosetta will open in two phases. Phase 1 introduces 74 meticulously designed rooms, while Phase 2 will add 68 suites, bringing the total number of rooms to 142. Additionally, Rosetta Hospitality plans to debut Collins De La Mer, a three-level beachfront shack that promises breathtaking ocean views from each floor, enhancing the overall tropical experience.
Guests at Elements by Rosetta can enjoy a variety of amenities designed for relaxation and entertainment. These include a swimming pool with a dedicated kids' area, a children's play area, a family activity center, and multiple dining options such as Cucina Rosetta and Collins Bar-By-the-Pool. The all-day dining restaurant, Rosetta Engage, along with a gym and a spa, ensures guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The property features five categories of rooms, ranging from 400 to 600 square feet, with some rooms offering bathtubs and others featuring outdoor jacuzzis.
For events and meetings, Elements by Rosetta offers versatile venues, including a 4,000 square-foot grand ballroom, a scenic 5,000 square-foot outdoor lawn, and well-appointed board rooms. These spaces are perfect for corporate meetings, weddings, and other significant gatherings.

Tivoli Hospitality Group has announced a proud milestone as The Tivoli Hotel, Chattarpur, receives the prestigious Five-Star Certification from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. Achieving this honour within just a year of its opening highlights the hotel’s strong focus on luxury, service excellence, and world-class hospitality.

Eight Continents Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its presence in Africa with the launch of its newest luxury island retreat Signature Collection by Eight Continents, Mafia Island, Tanzania. The resort welcomed guests from 1st December 2025, marking another milestone in the brand’s rapid expansion across Africa’s top leisure destinations.
After its recent growth in Zanzibar, this new opening brings Eight Continents’ blend of nature-led luxury and culturally rooted hospitality to one of East Africa’s most untouched coastal landscapes. Located in Utende, the property allows seamless access to the stunning Mafia Island Marine Park, giving travellers front-row views of coral reefs, seagrass beds, and vibrant marine life.

Appu Hotels Ltd. has announced a major milestone with the signing of a long-term 20-year agreement with Marriott International for its flagship properties, Le Royal Méridien Chennai and Le Méridien Coimbatore.
