Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has made a significant move to strengthen its foothold in Goa by signing two new properties under its Regenta brand - Regenta Baywatch Resort and Regenta Beach House. This expansion showcases the group's dedication to enhancing Goa’s tourism offerings with a diverse portfolio of properties that cater to modern travelers.

Speaking on this milestone, Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., shared, “Goa continues to be a popular wedding destination, and we saw the need to expand our offerings in South Goa with additional rooms and versatile spaces. Phase 1 of this project introduces 155 keys, sprawling banquet lawns, multiple dining options, conference spaces, wellness facilities, and a beach club—perfect for destination weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. With beachfront access and seamless connectivity to key transport hubs, the properties promise convenience and comfort.

Regenta Rewards, the loyalty program from Royal Orchid Hotels, will be applicable at these properties, adding further value for regular guests. Featuring diverse room categories, a wellness retreat, swimming pools, and arguably South Goa’s best-positioned beach restaurant, these properties aim to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) is taking experiential hospitality to a whole new level with the signing of Regenta Resort Tropical Village in Mysore. This one-of-its-kind resort will offer a globally inspired village experience, combining sustainability with immersive cultural storytelling.

Set amidst lush natural surroundings, the newly signed property will operate under ROHL’s franchise model as part of its asset-light growth strategy. The resort will feature 35 themed cottages, each inspired by the unique architecture, cuisine, and lifestyle of different continents—offering guests a passport-free global experience. Adding to the charm is Mangala Kutira, a dedicated block of 12 rooms that will celebrate India’s Pancha Bhootas and Pancha Tattva, giving visitors a deep dive into ancient Indian philosophy and design.
