His journey in hospitality management began at Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management, and since then, he has held key leadership positions with renowned brands like Jumeirah, Emirates Palace, Kempinski, and more.
Before joining Four Points By Sheraton, Sachin excelled as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, leading his team to achieve remarkable success even during challenging times of the pandemic. His strategic management skills have significantly contributed to revenue growth in his previous roles.

World Street by Omaxe is gearing up to host Faridabad's biggest Diwali Carnival, a festive extravaganza running from October 19 to 27. With a grand musical concert on October 25, featuring two of the most renowned Punjabi music icons, Parmish Verma and Sunanda Sharma, this celebration promises to be an unmissable event for residents and visitors alike.
The Diwali Carnival will not only spotlight these musical sensations but also offer a wide range of activities for all age groups. From a kids' fashion show to a Halloween-themed bike ride and a Karva Chauth celebration with complimentary Mehndi services, there's something for everyone. Conrad Pune has announced the promotion of Naveen Raaj to Rooms Division Manager. With over 11 years of experience across various Hilton properties, Raaj has consistently demonstrated leadership and a deep passion for the hospitality industry, making him the ideal choice for this role.
Raaj’s journey with Hilton began in 2013, and since then, he has held key positions at prominent properties, including Hilton Chennai, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bangalore, DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad, and Hilton Garden Inn Singapore. His involvement in the opening team of Hilton Garden Inn Singapore, combined with his international exposure, has played a crucial role in elevating guest experiences and optimizing operational efficiency.
In his new role at Conrad Pune, Raaj will oversee both the front office and housekeeping departments, ensuring smooth operations across the hotel’s 351 rooms, seven dining outlets, and nine versatile meeting spaces. Known for his dedication to quality and his innovative approach, Raaj is expected to contribute to further enhancing Conrad Pune’s position as a leader in luxury hospitality.
Raaj is also a graduate of Hilton’s Shine 1 Leadership Program and a certified Luxury Trainer. In addition to his operational duties, he is part of Hilton South Asia’s Quality group, focusing on improving guest satisfaction and implementing impactful enhancements.
