Sanjh Restaurant & Bar, a contemporary Indian dining destination in Irving, Texas, has unveiled its new menu, designed by Executive Chef Ashish Joshi. The new offering brings together India's diverse regional culinary traditions, bold flavours, premium ingredients and contemporary presentation for diners across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The menu marks an important step in Sanjh Restaurant & Bar's culinary journey, reflecting its approach to presenting Indian cuisine through a modern lens while staying connected to the country's rich cultural and regional roots. From the vibrant flavours of Delhi and Punjab to the coastal traditions of South India and the royal influences of Awadhi cuisine, the menu explores India's diverse culinary landscape through a selection of thoughtfully crafted dishes.

“At Sanjh, our vision is to create an experience where every dish has a story to tell. India has an extraordinary diversity of flavours, ingredients and culinary traditions, and this new menu celebrates that richness. We have worked to preserve the soul and authenticity of traditional Indian cuisine while presenting it in a contemporary way that connects with today's diners,” said Chef Ashish Joshi, Executive Chef at Sanjh Restaurant & Bar.

The new menu begins with a selection of starters that pair familiar Indian flavours with contemporary presentation. Highlights include Dahi Puri with aam papad puree, micro herbs and edible flowers, Bharwan Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Malai Mushroom with truffle sauce, and Burrata Kulcha with dehydrated tomatoes and dhaniya chutney. The selection reflects Sanjh's focus on combining traditional Indian ingredients and preparations with modern culinary techniques and presentation.

Seafood offerings draw inspiration from India's coastal culinary traditions, with dishes that showcase distinctive regional flavours. The selection includes Kudla Coast Scallops, Poached Lobster Royale, Tandoori Macchi Tikka, and Karavali Crab Ghee Roast with Idiyappam. These dishes bring together coastal ingredients and traditional preparations while giving them a contemporary interpretation suited to the restaurant's overall dining experience.

The main course brings together well-known Indian favourites alongside distinctive signature dishes. Guests can choose from New Delhi Butter Chicken, Beliram Chicken, Sarson Ka Saag with Makki ki Roti, Raw Mango Prawn Curry, and Tellicherry Pepper Wagyu. One of the standout offerings is the Sikandari Raan – Awadhi Royal Roast, featuring a whole baby goat leg that is marinated overnight in a fragrant Awadhi spice blend before being slow-roasted in the tandoor.

Vegetarian cuisine remains an important part of the new menu, with a variety of dishes highlighting India's rich plant-based culinary traditions. The offerings include Saag Anjeer Ke Kebab, Matar Methi Malai, Paneer Khatta Pyaz, Pindi Choley, and Bhindi Do Payaza, alongside favourites such as Punjabi Dal Tadka and Dal Makhani.

The culinary experience concludes with desserts that revisit familiar Indian flavours through distinctive presentations. The dessert selection features Kulfi Falooda, Paan Cassata, Gajar Halwa, Rasmalai, and Kalakand Decadence, which combines slow-reduced milk fudge with dark chocolate. The dessert offerings continue Sanjh's approach of taking recognisable Indian flavours and presenting them through a contemporary dining experience.

“This menu is about bringing together tradition and innovation. We want our guests to experience the familiar comfort of Indian food while also discovering new flavours, combinations and culinary stories. At Sanjh, we believe dining should be memorable, and this menu has been created with that experience at its heart,” added Chef Ashish Joshi.

With the launch of its new menu, Sanjh Restaurant & Bar continues to build its contemporary Indian dining proposition in the growing Dallas-Fort Worth market. Under the culinary leadership of Chef Ashish Joshi, the restaurant brings together regional Indian traditions, distinctive ingredients and modern presentation to create a dining experience that celebrates the depth and diversity of Indian cuisine.
