Sanskriti University recently hosted the Business and Leadership Conclave 2025, a transformative event that united renowned leaders from business, education, IT, healthcare, and the film industry. The conclave sparked an invigorating dialogue on culture-based leadership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial vision for a Viksit Bharat.

The event commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting by Spiritual Guru Acharya Satish Sadguruji Maharaj, joined by Chancellor Dr. Sachin Gupta, Pro Chancellor Shri Rajesh Gupta, Industrialist Puran Dawar, Shri Ramesh Agarwal (Chairman, Agarwal Packers and Movers Limited), Acharya Manishji (Founder, HIIMS), and Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) MB Chetti.

Held at the Santosh Memorial Hall, the conclave unfolded through six powerful sessions. Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) MB Chetti opened the event by reaffirming Sanskriti University’s mission to create job creators, not just job seekers, under the vision of Chancellor Dr. Sachin Gupta.

Jagadguru Satishacharya delivered an insightful inaugural address on how Sanatan Dharma, education, and health are the cornerstones of true leadership. He inspired students by sharing that strong values and cultural roots can lead to success, even with limited formal education.

Chancellor Dr. Sachin Gupta stressed the importance of self-discipline, human values, and holistic growth in shaping future-ready leaders. Acharya Manishji introduced the concept of six Purusharthas from the Vedas as a blueprint for a balanced and fulfilling life.

The conclave also highlighted financial awareness, with experts like Vikas S. Chaturvedi (Valucent Company), Paresh K. Tapadia (FundsIndia Private Wealth), and Vimal Tripathi urging students to begin financial planning early and invest in themselves.

A major highlight of the event was the keynote by global motivational speaker Ankur Warikoo, who captivated the audience by encouraging them to explore diverse experiences, embrace uncertainty, and focus on inner happiness rather than rigid career tracks.

In a powerful session on soft power, Bollywood actor and motivational speaker Mohammad Ali Shah, along with acclaimed filmmaker Gajendra Singh, emphasized the role of music and cinema in promoting cultural diplomacy and global storytelling.

Industrialist Puran Dawar described the current era as “Amrit Kaal,” an age of economic opportunities for youth, while Ramesh Agarwal motivated students to stay focused and dream big, sharing his inspiring journey from army life to becoming a business leader.

The entire event was organized under the leadership of Dr. Gajendra Singh, CEO of the Sanskriti University Incubation Center. The efforts of student volunteers such as Kavyansh Kushwaha, Deepika Chaudhary, Pari Mitra, Amit Keshari, and Riya Arora contributed to the smooth execution of the conclave.

The Business and Leadership Conclave 2025 set a new benchmark in leadership development, aligning with Sanskriti University’s vision of producing culturally grounded, entrepreneurial, and globally conscious leaders committed to building a Viksit Bharat.
