Basak's impressive career trajectory has seen him work with some of the top-tier hospitality brands. Before joining Hyatt Centric Ballygunge, he served as the Associate Account Director at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, where he successfully set up the cluster sales operation in Eastern India. His tenure as Senior Sales Manager at the National Sales Office of Marriott Hotels India Pvt Limited saw significant revenue growth, particularly in the MICE and sports segments in Eastern India.

Basak's experience also includes key roles at IHG Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, Kolkata; Fortune Park Hotels Limited, and The Stadel Kolkata, where he consistently delivered outstanding results. His dynamic approach and commitment to excellence make him an ideal fit for leading the sales efforts at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata.
