Tropika Brewing Co., Bengaluru’s largest green space brewery, is bringing the spirit of Oktoberfest to the city with a special menu that combines German-inspired favourites with Tropika’s Indian twists. Starting from 21st September 2026, the celebration brings together hearty food and drinks for guests looking to enjoy the festive season with friends and family.

The menu features comforting Oktoberfest favourites, starting with freshly baked Pretzels with Sauerkraut, served with beer cheese dip. Other options include Frankfurter Green Sauce Mushrooms and Bangers & Mash, made with chicken sausage, creamy mash and caramelised onion beer gravy.

For meat lovers, the menu includes Beer-Poached Lamb Shank, slow-cooked in dark beer and served with beer jus and mash. The Schnitzel Makani brings a local touch to the classic dish, featuring crispy panko-coated chicken finished with buttery tomato makhani sauce. The Techa BBQ Pork Ribs add another bold option, with spicy chilli techa-marinated smoked pork ribs glazed with BBQ sauce.

Other highlights include the Pulled Pork Burger with apple sauerkraut and potato wedges, along with Chicken Cordon Bleu Chettinadu, which combines golden-fried chicken stuffed with ham and cheese with an aromatic Chettinadu sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy a warm Apple Strudel with Masala Chai Cream, served with ice cream.

With German-inspired dishes meeting familiar Indian flavours, Tropika Brewing Co.’s Oktoberfest menu brings its own take to the celebration, giving Bengaluru’s beer and food enthusiasts another reason to gather over the festive season.
