Azerai Ke Ga Bay, a peaceful all-suites-and-villas resort along Vietnam’s southern coastline, has introduced calming outdoor yoga sessions right by the sea. Nestled amid lush gardens with views of Hon Ba Island’s lighthouse and nearby sand dunes, this wellness retreat now gives guests a chance to start their day with mindful movement and ocean breeze.

Part of Adrian Zecha’s esteemed Azerai portfolio, the resort now hosts complimentary sunrise yoga twice a week — midweek and on weekends — just outside its serene oceanfront spa. These sessions are guided by Trang Tran, a dedicated instructor known for her expertise in classical yoga, yin yoga, pranayama, and mindfulness.

Trang’s sessions go beyond physical movement. With her background in sound healing, she also offers private practices using singing bowls and gongs, which deepen the meditative experience and aid in stress relief. Whether it’s a solo stretch, a couple’s session, or a small group gathering, private yoga and sound therapy options are also available, with bookings required in advance.

The resort's spa is already a go-to for travelers looking to unwind, featuring therapies that range from deep-tissue and stone massages to body wraps, scrubs, facials, and traditional Vietnamese healing treatments. All therapists are well-versed in practices that have been passed down through generations, ensuring every experience is rooted in care and tradition.

“Azerai Ke Ga Bay is an oasis of relaxation on the sea, and our new yoga sessions will help guests rejuvenate their mind, body and soul as they start each day with peace, stretching and grounding, and connect with nature and themselves,” said General Manager Julian Moore.

Easily reachable within 2.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City via the new highway, Azerai Ke Ga Bay continues to strengthen its identity as a wellness-focused destination, inviting guests to embrace moments of stillness and reconnect with themselves.
