With a remarkable career spanning over a decade in the luxury hospitality and marketing sectors, Jain brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her new role.

Jain's journey in the hospitality industry has been nothing short of impressive. She has made significant contributions to renowned international hotel chains such as Hyatt, Accor, Hilton, and IHCL, consistently earning acclaim for her outstanding work.

Jain holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resources. This academic foundation underscores her comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, digital and social media marketing, public relations, and media management.

In her new role as the Director of Marketing and Communications, Shantla Jain is set to lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns. Kumar brings with him over 23 years of experience in culinary leadership, spanning hotel kitchens, air catering services, cruise liners, and large-scale catering operations. He has worked with reputed hospitality brands such as Marriott International, IHCL, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and The Orchid. His most recent role was with IHCL’s TajSats Air Catering in Goa.

With expertise in leading kitchen operations, developing menus, and delivering memorable dining experiences, Kumar is known for his operational precision and creative culinary approach.

In his new role at Surat Marriott Hotel, Kumar will oversee all culinary operations, including the hotel’s signature restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. His focus will be on diligent operations, consistent food quality, and enhancing the guest experience.
