In his new position, Sheel will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel's sales and marketing strategies, maximizing revenue, identifying business opportunities through events, setting budgets, forecasting, and analyzing revenue reports. His expertise will contribute to the hotel's growth and success.

With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry in India, Sheel has built an impressive career. He previously served as the Assistant Director of Sales at JW Marriott Hotel Bangalore and began his sales journey at Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace in 2011. Throughout his career, he has held managerial positions at renowned hotel chains like The Leela, Taj Hotels, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

Sheel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. His educational background, combined with his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, positions him as a perfect fit for the role of Director of Sales.

Outside of work, Sheel enjoys indulging in leisure activities such as cycling, cricket, and participating in marathons. These hobbies provide him with a chance to relax and recharge, ensuring he brings a balanced approach to his professional endeavours.
