Throughout his career, he has held managerial positions at renowned hotel chains like The Leela, Taj Hotels, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
Sheel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. His educational background, combined with his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, positions him as a perfect fit for the role of Director of Sales.
Outside of work, Sheel enjoys indulging in leisure activities such as cycling, cricket, and participating in marathons. These hobbies provide him with a chance to relax and recharge, ensuring he brings a balanced approach to his professional endeavours.

Marriott International, India, has announced the appointment of Sidharth Kaul as Multi-Property Director of Sales & Marketing for three prestigious hotels in Bengaluru: JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills (a Tribute Portfolio Resort), and Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud. With over 18 years of expertise in the hospitality sector, Kaul is set to bring a fresh, strategic approach to Marriott’s sales and marketing efforts across these properties.
In his new role, Kaul will oversee strategic sales, marketing, and business operations for all three Bengaluru locations. He will be responsible for managing a large team, driving innovative initiatives, and enhancing brand visibility and market position for each property. Previously, Kaul served as Director of Sales & Marketing at JW Marriott Bengaluru UB City, where he successfully led growth initiatives and introduced new sales and marketing strategies that boosted the hotel’s performance.
Kaul has a strong record of achieving results through his analytical and goal-oriented approach to sales and marketing. His leadership in previous roles has driven exceptional performance in team operations, from implementing marketing initiatives to organizing major events. His background spans both Indian and international hotel chains, and his dedication to excellence and client satisfaction has consistently benefited the properties he has managed.
