Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has announced the appointment of Jatinder Pal Singh as its new director of food and beverage. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, Singh has been an integral part of the hotel’s leadership team, bringing his expertise from esteemed brands such as Taj, The Leela, Le Meridian, Westin, and Sheraton.
In his previous role as the executive chef at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, Singh played a crucial role in redefining the hotel’s culinary landscape, driving innovation, and enhancing guest experiences. His visionary leadership was also evident when he led the pre-opening culinary team at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru, where he set new benchmarks in gastronomy.
Now, as the director of food and beverage, Singh will focus on elevating guest experiences while driving strategic growth initiatives for the hotel’s F&B operations. His profound knowledge of food and beverage operations and his dedication to excellence make him the ideal leader to oversee the hotel’s diverse dining offerings.

Vishakha brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously held key sales positions with brands like Sayaji Hotels Indore, Courtyard Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, Indore Marriott, The Park Indore, Westin Goregaon, and most recently, Jio World Convention Centre Mumbai.
