Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel has expanded its long-stay accommodation portfolio with the addition of 42 new apartments, taking its total inventory to 326 units, comprising 98 apartments and 228 rooms.

The expansion comes as Hyderabad continues to strengthen its position as one of India’s leading business destinations. Cushman & Wakefield reported that the city recorded a record 12.44 million sq. ft. of office leasing in 2025, while CBRE highlighted continued demand from GCCs, technology companies and BFSI firms.

The growing commercial activity is also driving demand for accommodation suited to longer stays, including project assignments, relocations and family travel. The new apartments are available across three categories: Studio Rooms measuring 35 sq. m., One-Bedroom Apartments at 61 sq. m., and Two-Bedroom Apartments at 88 sq. m. Guests can choose from Garden View, City View and Outer Ring Road (ORR) View options. Designed with everyday convenience in mind, the new apartments feature washing machines, dishwashers and potable water supply, offering practical amenities for guests staying for extended periods.

Commenting on the expansion, Subhankar Bose, General Manager, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, said, “Hyderabad’s continued growth as a business and investment destination is creating stronger demand for stays that offer more space, more flexibility, and the comforts of everyday living. As the city sees sustained momentum across office leasing and corporate activity, we see a clear opportunity in serving guests whose travel needs extend beyond the traditional short-stay format. With these 42 new apartments, we are strengthening our long stay offering with accommodation that is practical, well-appointed, and aligned with how modern guests want to live while on the move.”

With the addition of the new apartments, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel further strengthens its offering in the extended-stay segment, catering to business travellers, relocating professionals, project teams and families seeking spacious and well-equipped accommodation in Hyderabad.

The expansion reflects the hotel's continued focus on providing stay experiences that balance comfort, functionality and brand-led hospitality.
