Sheraton New Delhi has introduced Navam Utsav, a Wholesome Delight for Festivities, a special culinary offering celebrating Navratri through traditional Indian flavours, sattvik preparations and festive dishes crafted by the culinary team at ITC Hotels.

Rooted in India's cultural heritage, Navratri brings together traditions, rituals and food that have been passed down through generations. Through Navam Utsav, Sheraton New Delhi brings these traditions to the dining table with a menu that reflects the spirit of the festival while focusing on familiar festive flavours.

The menu features a selection of sattvik dishes prepared without onion and garlic and using sendha namak. The offerings include Sabudana Khichdi, Sabudana Vada, Kuttu Paneer Pakoda, Rajgira Poori, Kuttu Paratha, Paneer Curry and Khatta Meetha Kaddu.

Guests can also enjoy the Navratri Special Thali, which brings together an assortment of festive preparations in one wholesome meal. Traditional sweet offerings, including Sabudana Kheer and Khopra Pak, complete the festive dining experience.

Beyond the menu, Navam Utsav reflects ITC Hotels' focus on creating experiences inspired by India's culinary and cultural heritage. The offering combines traditional festive preparations with the culinary expertise of its chefs, allowing guests to celebrate Navratri through familiar flavours and shared meals.

Navam Utsav will be available from 10 to 19 October 2026, from 7 am to 11 pm, at Sheraton New Delhi and across ITC Luxury Collection Hotels. Guests can access the offering through the Club ITC app, Swiggy and Zomato.
