With a rich history of serving as General Manager at renowned locations like Le Meridien Nagpur, Courtyard by Marriott Hebbal in Bengaluru, Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, and DoubleTree by Hilton Panjim in Goa, Shiv has consistently demonstrated leadership excellence. His previous assignment earned accolades for promoting diversity and maintaining excellent workplace conditions, receiving the prestigious Award of Excellence for the APEC region.

In his new capacity, Shiv will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, focusing on ensuring top-notch guest satisfaction and curating memorable experiences. His strategic vision includes positioning the resort in the luxury segment and maximizing opportunities within the wedding sector.
