As an alumnus of the ITC Hospitality Management Institute, he has honed his skills across various acclaimed dining destinations in India, including Yi Jing, Pavilion, Ottimo at West View, and Peshawri. His specialization in sustainable Indian cuisine, including farm-to-fork and plant-based options, will bring a fresh perspective to ITC Maurya.
