Construction has been completed and over 80% of residences have already been sold at the newly launched Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, a collaboration between luxury hospitality giant Four Seasons and Indian developer Provenance Land. Rising in Mumbai’s prestigious Worli district, this luxury tower now stands as one of the tallest branded residential buildings globally, redefining urban luxury in India.
Comprising only 41 residences across 64 floors, the project ensures low-density living with maximum privacy. Spacious layouts range from full-floor three-bedroom homes to expansive five- and six-bedroom duplexes, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail and offering stunning views of the city and coastline.
“In a city known for its dynamic culture and as one of South Asia’s key commercial markets, this development represents a significant milestone for Four Seasons,” said Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development, Portfolio Management and Residential, Four Seasons. “Together with our partners at Provenance Land, we’re delivering a lifestyle curated and operated end-to-end by Four Seasons, complete with personalized service, world-class amenities, and exceptional experiences.”
Residents benefit from services exclusively handled by Four Seasons employees, under a dedicated Director of Residences. Every detail is designed to provide peace of mind and premium hospitality, whether owners are at home or away.
“This project will set a new benchmark for sophistication in Mumbai’s luxury branded residential market,” said Adarsh Jatia, Managing Director of Provenance Land. “With more than 80% sold, the response reflects Mumbai’s appetite for exceptional living. We’re proud to offer residences that blend elegant design with tranquil seclusion in the heart of the city.”
Residents will enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated Residents’ Club, complete with a lounge, private dining room, gym, and media room. Outdoor amenities include over an acre of landscaped greenspace, a meditation garden, pickleball court, elevated pool, and rooftop lounge with an outdoor cinema and bar, all perched on the 65th floor with panoramic views.
The design features are a collaboration between acclaimed architectural firm Gensler and renowned interior studio Yabu Pushelberg. Every element reflects thoughtful, contemporary luxury, including multi-generational living layouts, Vastu-compliant designs, spacious kitchens, and integrated smart home systems.
Additionally, residents gain privileged access to the adjacent Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, recently transformed with textile-inspired interiors and world-class facilities. Located near landmarks such as the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Willingdon Golf Course, and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, both the hotel and residences offer unmatched connectivity and charm.
The Hotel’s culinary highlights include AER, the iconic rooftop bar known for breathtaking sunsets and Sunday brunches and Opus, a globally inspired restaurant set in an art deco ambiance.
Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai adds to the growing presence of Four Seasons in India, joining the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai and Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru.

Intrepid Travel India marked the first-ever Intrepid Day with a series of meaningful community-driven initiatives that placed people, purpose, and the planet at the heart of the celebration. The day-long event reflected Intrepid’s commitment to making travel impactful, responsible, and deeply connected to local communities.
Celebrated on 24th July, Intrepid Day is designed to symbolise the company’s global reach across every time zone 24/7. It brought together staff, partners, and travellers across 31 country offices, with flagship activities taking place in New Delhi, London, Toronto, and Melbourne. Going forward, the event will become an annual celebration of conscious travel and local impact.
In India, the celebrations began with a heartfelt visit to Arya Mahila Ashram, an old-age home in Delhi. Intrepid staff and tour leaders spent time with elderly women, sharing stories and companionship offering warmth and dignity to those who often feel isolated.
The energy picked up with the Intrepid Amazing Race, a lively city challenge across Delhi. Five teams raced through historic and cultural spots, solving clues and completing fun mini-tasks showcasing the joy of discovery and teamwork, all while soaking in the spirit of the capital.
True to its eco-conscious mission, the “One Trip One Tree” (1T1T) initiative took place across six destinations including Pushkar, Ranthambore, Varanasi, Lotwara, Chitwan, and Kathmandu. A total of 10 native trees were planted to support biodiversity, improve local ecosystems, and offset carbon footprints. In parallel, reusable glass bottles were given to hotel partners, a step toward reducing single-use plastic across accommodations.
One of the most impactful moments of the day was a fundraising effort for marine conservation. The India team raised over AUD 5,400, surpassing its initial goal of AUD 1,800 for Positive Change for Marine Life, a partner of The Intrepid Foundation. With Intrepid tripling all contributions, the final donation will significantly support marine conservation efforts in Kovalam, Kerala.
Globally, the day also saw The Intrepid Foundation triple all donations received across its 50+ global partners. Travellers who booked through Urban Adventures also enjoyed free tours for travel until the end of December 2025.
The first Intrepid Day successfully celebrated travel that goes beyond the itinerary bringing together a community of conscious explorers and changemakers united by a mission to create meaningful impact.

McDonald’s, the American quick-service restaurant (QSR) giant, has announced plans to invest $100 million (around ₹875 crore) in its new global office in Hyderabad over the next two years. The office will serve as a major hub for the company’s global operations and technological innovations.
Deshant Kaila, Head of Global Business Services (GBS) Operations at McDonald’s, stated that the Hyderabad centre will focus on various corporate functions, including global finance, people services, and the development of the company’s enterprise platform and global technology infrastructure. “We just started three months ago with 100 people. By the end of this year, we plan to grow to 500, and our goal is to expand to around 2,000 employees by early 2027,” Kaila shared.
The facility is already working on key projects using emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to enhance customer personalisation and loyalty. “Today, a McDonald’s app in India doesn’t work in other countries. We aim to develop a unified global app, which will require deep work on enterprise platforms and data systems,” Kaila added.
Dr. Durga Prakash, Head of Technology (Global Offices), McDonald’s, revealed that the global tech teams are driving an edge AI transformation. This innovation, already implemented in 400 restaurants, uses vision cameras and AI algorithms to ensure order accuracy and efficiency. “This is part of our strategy to connect 40,000 restaurants globally,” he said, also highlighting work on internet-connected kitchens.
The new office in Hyderabad will also build capabilities in cybersecurity, enterprise data architecture, data engineering, governance, and AI insights. With this strategic investment, McDonald’s reinforces its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and personalised customer experience on a global scale.
