Tarana brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations, particularly in the lifestyle and luxury sectors, making her a valuable addition to the Sofitel team.

Before joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Tarana served as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport. During her time there, she developed comprehensive marketing strategies that aligned with the hotel’s sales and revenue goals. She also focused on expanding the property’s visibility through influencer partnerships and led the creation and execution of a dynamic social media strategy to engage guests and enhance the hotel's digital presence.

Tarana’s career path has given her a well-rounded background in the marketing and PR field. Before her role at Courtyard by Marriott, she worked as a PR Executive at a respected communications agency, where she managed media relations, influencer marketing, client services, and social media strategies for a diverse set of clients. In 2019, she gained additional experience as a Marketing Executive with a luxury lifestyle brand, where she worked on social media management, branding, public relations, and event coordination.

Speaking on her new role, Tarana shared her enthusiasm for joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC. She brings her expertise in the luxury sector along with a creative approach to developing effective marketing and communication strategies for the hotel.
