St. Regis Goa Resort is strengthening its culinary expertise with the addition of two key appointments. Sandeep Pande has been appointed as the Director of Culinary, bringing a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of experience to the role. With a background in precision and passion, Sandeep has previously worked with renowned hotels such as JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity and Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa. He has trained at Michelin-starred restaurants and has international exposure in culinary tours and training.

Joining the team as the Food & Beverage Manager is Shubham Basrur, who brings a calm demeanor, strong leadership skills, and operational acumen to the role. Shubham has previously worked at Park Hyatt Chennai and Goa Marriott Resort and Spa. With experience in curating intimate dinners and large events, he will lead the dynamic F&B team and position the resort's new dining outlets as must-visit destinations in Goa.

From June 5, 2024, Hendricks Bar transforms into a nostalgic retreat, reminiscent of the clandestine speakeasies of the Prohibition era. Bar Manager Erion Bardhoci, a semi-finalist in the World Class UAE & Oman 2024 Competition, has crafted three unique cocktails exclusively for Prohibition Nights. Each drink is a masterpiece of mixology, designed to tease the taste buds and delight the senses.

In Our Time: A sophisticated twist on the classic New York Sour, this cocktail features salted caramel bourbon, clarified lemon juice, and a spiced red wine float. It offers a luxurious blend of sweet, citrus, and spiced flavors.
