Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, together with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., has announced the appointment of Ben Trodd as Chief Executive Officer of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., Joint Owner and Operator of Four Seasons Yachts. Trodd assumes the role effective July 1, 2025, marking a pivotal leadership move as the brand prepares to launch its first yacht in 2026.

A trusted Four Seasons veteran with over 25 years of experience, Trodd is recognised for his operational expertise and deep brand insight, having served in roles from General Manager to Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at AMAN. Trodd will be based in Miami, overseeing all facets of the Four Seasons Yachts venture — from technical operations, deployment, and sales to crew management and partnerships with Fincantieri and Tillberg Design of Sweden.
