A qualified chartered accountant, Somani's extensive background includes leadership in financial management, internal controls, ERP implementation, digital transformation, treasury, and M&A projects. Additionally, he is a certified SAP FICO consultant and certified information systems auditor (CISA), known for driving operational efficiency through innovative financial solutions.
