India's hospitality landscape is witnessing a monumental shift as Suba Group of Hotels partners with Hotelogix to deploy a state-of-the-art multi-property management system (PMS). This groundbreaking collaboration aims to redefine the operational efficiency and guest satisfaction of more than 100 properties spread across 60 vibrant destinations in the country.
Mubeen Mehta, CEO of Suba Group of Hotels, articulated the necessity of this transition, highlighting the group's dynamic growth and the need for a centralised, streamlined system to maintain oversight and control. "With our expanding portfolio, it was crucial to adopt a cloud-based PMS that could seamlessly manage our diverse operations while keeping us ahead in the competitive landscape," Mehta explained.
Hotelogix's multi-PMS platform promises an array of features designed to enhance the operational capabilities of Suba Group. From the Mobile Hotel PMS app for on-the-go property performance monitoring to real-time distribution with OTAs through an integrated Channel Manager, the system is set to boost sales and operational efficiency. The inclusion of a point-of-sale (POS) system further ensures effective management of non-room revenue streams across all properties.

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of La Estoria, Goa – IHCL SeleQtions, located in the charming coastal village of Candolim. This new addition to IHCL's portfolio reflects the company’s commitment to creating culturally immersive travel experiences, blending Goa’s iconic heritage with contemporary elegance.
Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, IHCL’s Managing Director and CEO, noted, “Goa’s tourism landscape is experiencing remarkable growth. La Estoria, meaning "The Story," celebrates Goa's unique Goan-Portuguese history with a modern touch. Situated just a short walk from Candolim Beach, the resort features 122 rooms, each with a private balcony, offering guests a tranquil seaside retreat. The property showcases a design inspired by Goa’s cultural roots, bringing an authentic yet luxurious experience to its visitors.
Guests at La Estoria can explore a diverse dining selection, including Trattoria, known for its Italian cuisine, and Canterbury Bar, which captures old Goan charm.
