Sunburn is set to make its NCR debut with a 20,000 sq. ft. nightclub at Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West, bringing the entertainment brand's music and nightlife experience from Goa to the rapidly growing Delhi-NCR market.
The upcoming venue will mark the entry of the Sunburn Nightclub format into NCR and is expected to add a new dimension to the entertainment and lifestyle landscape of Greater Noida West.
Sunburn, known for its association with India's electronic music and entertainment scene, has its roots in Goa and has expanded its presence across cities including Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. The Sunburn brand is owned by Percept India, an entertainment and experiential marketing company.
The new 20,000 sq. ft. destination at Saya SouthX will cater to the growing demand for premium entertainment and experiential destinations among young professionals, families and residents across Greater Noida West and surrounding areas.
The Sunburn addition forms part of Saya SouthX's broader strategy to develop an integrated retail, dining, entertainment and lifestyle destination. The project is also expected to welcome additional anchor brands, a hypermarket and other leading retail names across more than 1,00,000 sq. ft. of space.
Commenting on the development, Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director, Saya Group, said, "Greater Noida West has witnessed significant growth in its residential catchment and consumer base over the years, creating a strong demand for organised retail, entertainment and lifestyle destinations. With the entry of Sunburn Nightclub, we are bringing a new and differentiated entertainment experience to the region. Saya SouthX is being developed as much more than a shopping destination—it is envisioned as a place where people can shop, dine, work and socialise. We believe the combination of premium retail brands, entertainment, food and beverage offerings, and business-class accommodation will make Saya SouthX one of the most sought-after destinations in Greater Noida West."
Jayant Chatterjee, spokesperson, Kreation Hospitality, which will operate the Sunburn venue at SouthX, said, "Sunburn has always been synonymous with music, entertainment and memorable experiences. As we expand the Sunburn Nightclub experience beyond Goa, Mumbai and Pune, Greater Noida West represents an exciting market with a young and rapidly growing consumer base. Our upcoming 20,000 sq. ft. destination at Saya SouthX will offer a vibrant and differentiated entertainment experience, and we look forward to becoming a part of the evolving lifestyle and nightlife culture of Delhi-NCR."
Located in Greater Noida West, Saya SouthX features a three-side open frontage designed to provide visibility and accessibility. The development also offers large-scale parking and is positioned within a substantial residential catchment, with more than 5 lakh residents within a 3 km radius, according to the developer.
The location is intended to support Saya SouthX's positioning as a retail and entertainment destination for the surrounding residential communities and the wider Delhi-NCR market.
Saya SouthX is being developed as a high-street destination combining premium retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality. The project is expected to attract both local residents and visitors from other parts of Delhi-NCR through its mix of brands and experiential offerings.
The development will also feature 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites, which are proposed to be managed and operated by a renowned hotel chain. The addition is expected to strengthen the project's hospitality and business ecosystem.
With the planned arrival of Sunburn and additional retail and lifestyle brands, Saya SouthX aims to create a destination where visitors can shop, dine, socialise, work and spend extended periods within one integrated development.
Established 25 years ago, Saya Group is a real estate developer with a presence across Delhi-NCR. The company has developed residential and commercial projects, including low-rise floors, luxury villas, high-rise homes and commercial developments.
According to the company, its portfolio includes more than 4.99 lakh sq. m. of residential spaces and commercial developments, including approximately 2.20 lakh sq. m. of high-street retail developments in Noida and Greater Noida West.
