The redesigned 93 rooms and suites are a testament to timeless elegance, outfitted with modern amenities and subtle nods to local aesthetics.
Guests can look forward to diverse culinary experiences at the resort. The all-day diner, Pepper, offers an assortment of global and regional dishes, while the Rice Boat specialises in seafood served on a traditional Kerala boat setting, providing a distinctive dining experience. Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa welcomed the festive season with its much-awaited annual Cake Mixing Ceremony, held at the scenic poolside of the Clubhouse. The cherished tradition brought together guests, residents from Swiss Town, Hollywood Town, and Serene Garden, along with the senior management and resort team, for an evening filled with laughter, warmth, and community joy.
The event began on a grand note with the reveal of specially designed cake-mixing logos, offering a creative glimpse into the resort’s evolving story and setting an air of anticipation for its upcoming chapter. This thoughtful addition added excitement to the evening and reflected the brand’s commitment to innovation and storytelling.
As the music played and festive aromas filled the air, guests joined hands with the Clarks team to mix a rich medley of dry fruits, nuts, and spices, a symbolic gesture of joy, togetherness, and prosperity for the season ahead. The ceremony concluded with a sumptuous poolside spread of snacks and beverages, creating the perfect prelude to the holiday celebrations.

Sayaji Hotels has opened its latest property, Enrise by Sayaji, Chandrapur, further strengthening its footprint across Maharashtra. The new hotel brings together Sayaji’s signature warmth with the rich culture and heritage of Chandrapur often known as the land of tigers.

Speaking on the expansion, Mr. Mubeen Mehta, CEO of the group, added, “We have a strong presence in the southern India hospitality market. With this, we have further consolidated our position.”
Currently, Suba Hotels operates properties across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Kaikaluru, Kumbakonam, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam, reflecting the group’s robust presence in South India.
Scheduled to open in July 2026, the upcoming Click Hotel Madhapur, Hyderabad, will feature 132 rooms and suites, along with a coffee shop, fully equipped gym and spa, meeting rooms, and banquet facilities. Located near HITEC City Mindspace, the hotel aims to cater to both business and leisure travellers seeking comfort and connectivity.
