Tathastu Resorts has expanded Tathastu Pench to 84 rooms, strengthening its positioning as a destination for corporate offsites, social celebrations and leisure holidays alongside its established wildlife tourism offering.
The expansion adds 23 rooms to the property and increases its dining capacity, broadening the accommodation and event options available to individual travellers, families and larger groups.
The resort has expanded its Fauna restaurant and introduced Flora, an exclusive dining space, alongside Jungle Bar, which serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Its culinary offering spans Indian, Continental, Chinese and other international preparations, complemented by dishes inspired by Madhya Pradesh and Central Indian cuisine.
For corporate programmes and private celebrations, menus can be customised according to dietary requirements and cuisine preferences. Larger gatherings can also include live food counters, themed dinners, private dining and outdoor culinary experiences.
The latest additions build on Tathastu Pench's existing corporate and group business. The resort has hosted hundreds of corporate events for organisations across banking and financial services, manufacturing, information technology, pharmaceuticals and paints, alongside government bodies, professional groups and associations.
Corporate groups typically range between 100 and 250 guests, with complete resort buyouts also available. Past programmes have included annual meetings, leadership events, team offsites, rewards and recognition programmes, and gatherings involving employees and their families.
The property offers a 2,500 sq. ft. banquet hall, an approximately 500 sq. ft. pre-function area and an adjoining 2,760 sq. ft. open terrace. The banquet hall can accommodate up to 180 guests.
Its outdoor event venues include a 25,000 sq. ft. Multi Purpose Lawn, a 10,500 sq. ft. Main Lawn and a 6,600 sq. ft. Monarch Lawn, providing additional options for larger gatherings and outdoor programmes.
Beyond corporate travel, Tathastu Pench caters to milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, farewells and other private occasions. In 2024, the resort hosted a three-night, four-day spiritual gathering attended by approximately 450 people.
Anil Agarwala, Founder and Managing Director, Tathastu Resorts, said the property had evolved beyond a wildlife stay as families, corporate groups and private gatherings increasingly chose Pench for experiences beyond safaris.
He added that the resort's latest additions are intended to broaden this proposition and establish Tathastu Pench as a destination in its own right, while retaining safari experiences as an important part of the offering.
The resort can customise two-to-three-day itineraries combining meetings or celebrations with safaris, nature walks, birdwatching, team-building activities, wellness experiences and regional culinary programmes.
Other experiences include naturalist sessions, cultural performances, live music, private dinners and stargazing. Corporate itineraries can be tailored to leadership programmes, incentive travel, team building or leisure extensions.
With expanded accommodation, dining facilities and event infrastructure, Tathastu Resorts is looking to attract a wider domestic and international audience, strengthening Pench's appeal for corporate, social and leisure travel alongside its wildlife tourism base.
Tathastu Resorts is a wildlife hospitality brand operating nature retreats near several of India's prominent tiger reserves, including Pench, Tadoba, Bandhavgarh, Kanha and Satpura. Its properties combine accommodation with curated safari experiences and opportunities to explore Central India's forest landscapes.
