Rooted in Lucknow, THF is celebrated for blending traditional Indian flavours with global café culture, and the new space in Agra is a tribute to the city’s rich heritage.

The launch ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Smt. Hemlata Diwakar, Hon’ble Mayor of Agra Municipal Corporation, who inaugurated the outlet on August 12, 2025, with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. She was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ankit Sahni, Founder & CEO of The Hazelnut Factory, and Mr. Badal Sahni, Co-founder & COO.

The interiors draw inspiration from charming European cafés while embracing Indian warmth through THF’s signature blue décor. Every product reflects their ethos—The Joy of Crafting the Best—whether it’s single-estate coffee from Chikmagalur, their trademarked artisanal mithai Labon™, or indulgent pastries that fuse global techniques with local flavours.

The highlight for this edition is a creative spin on Baklava, infused with regional tastes and paired perfectly with THF’s premium coffee blends. This delicacy is a perfect example of how Chef Rajesh blends technique and taste, elevating simple ingredients into a gourmet experience.

 Ingredients:

  • 8 fresh Songi mushrooms

  • 1 lb lean beef, lamb, or goat (as preferred)

  • 8 tbsp soy sauce

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp chopped medium green onion

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp sesame salt

  • ½ tbsp black pepper

 How to Make:

  1. Cook the mushrooms by boiling them in water.

  2. Slice both the mushrooms and meat lengthwise into 1/8" thick strips.

  3. Marinate them together in all the remaining ingredients for at least 2 hours.

  4. Thread the marinated pieces alternately on skewers.

  5. Broil until perfectly cooked and aromatic.
