The Leela Gandhinagar has appointed Abhishek Singh as Director of Operations, adding to its leadership team as it continues to focus on delivering high standards of luxury hospitality.
With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Singh brings strong operational expertise and a consistent track record in enhancing guest experiences. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on service excellence, performance optimisation, and strengthening the brand’s personalised approach to hospitality.
Before this, he was associated with The Leela Mumbai as Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms, where he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. His journey within the Leela group also includes leadership roles at The Leela Palace Udaipur, managing areas such as front office, housekeeping, wellness, and guest experience.
Known for his hands-on and people-focused approach, Singh has built strong teams while maintaining high service standards. He has also been recognised with the ‘Front Office Manager of the Year’ award by BW Hotelier and has consistently delivered strong guest satisfaction scores.
An alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience. He is also certified in the LEAD Program and Train The Trainer, and has contributed to talent development initiatives within the organisation.
