The Leela Gandhinagar is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Kashmir with its exclusive Kashmir Food Fest at Citrus Junction. The festival brings together the warmth, flavours and traditional cooking styles that define the valley’s food culture.

Kashmiri cuisine has long been loved for its fragrant spices, slow-cooked preparations and deep connection to family traditions. More than just a collection of recipes, it reflects the culture and emotions of the Valley of Paradise. Bringing this spirit to the table, the menu for the festival has been curated by celebrity chef Rehman, known for his expertise in royal and regional cuisines.
