At the heart of the evening was a compelling panel discussion titled "Craft, Community & the Future of Coffee in India." It was led by Vikram Khurana, CEO of Kaapi Solutions, who’s not only a certified barista and international coffee judge, but also a well-known champion of India’s specialty coffee revolution.
