Escape the city noise and step into a world of refined taste at The New Punjab Club, now open in Chennai. This new spot brings back a timeless elegance, mixing the charm of old-world gentlemen’s clubs with the rich, royal cooking from Punjab and North India. It’s not just a meal; it's an experience designed to impress. Under the vision of Pricol Gourmet Private Limited, The New Punjab Club brings the authentic flavors of India's Northwest Frontier to the South, serving as a culinary bridge.
The New Punjab Club is blending classic English sophistication with the hearty, deep flavors of Punjab. Forget rustic; think polished and indulgent. The interiors are a treat for the eyes, with deep emerald and aged gold shining under beautiful chandeliers that glow with red and yellow. From the soft shimmer of brass to the dim vintage lights and elegant tableware, every detail screams timeless luxury, where refinement wasn't a choice, but the standard.
While the setting is grand, the true star is the food. The New Punjab Club doesn't just serve dishes; they create culinary art. Each plate is a visual delight, carefully cooked, glazed, and presented like a secret shared just with you. The menu is inspired by classic North West Frontier Cuisine but presented in a modern, king-like style. This is food that commands your attention, not through strict rules, but through sheer deliciousness. And the credit for this amazing experience goes to the talented chefs.
These chefs bring every flame, spice, and serving to life with their incredible skill. Every bite takes you on a journey through the green fields and busy kitchens of Punjab and North India. The menu is crafted to fit this classic club setting. You’ll find delightful dishes like the crisp Aloo Tokri Chaat, a lovely nod to Kanpur's street food, and the comforting, slow-cooked, creamy Daal Makhani, which feels just like Punjabi home cooking. For those who love hearty meat dishes, the seventeen-hour marinated lamb dish, raan-e-nishat, and the slow-cooked mutton rogan josh will transport you to the royal dining tables of Lucknow and the rich Kashmiri wazwan of days gone by.
Our smart servers bring these masterpieces to your table, while our graceful hostesses move through the room, making sure your experience is seamless from start to finish. Dining here is a full sensory journey, just like in classic British club traditions. From the rich smell of spices in the air to the gleam of crested silver on your plate, and the clinking of glasses to the crispness of folded napkins, it’s like stepping into a vintage world within one room. No drama, no fuss; just quiet elegance and fantastic food.
Good news! The New Punjab Club is officially taking reservations. Whether you're planning an intimate date, a joyful family dinner, a fun night out with friends, or simply treating yourself, we've saved you a seat. Come satisfy your craving for authentic, timeless flavors, it'd be a shame to keep them waiting!

Nando’s, the internationally celebrated South African brand known for its flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken, has made its much-anticipated entry into Pune with the launch of its first Casa at Phoenix Marketcity Mall in Viman Nagar.
The brand, fondly calling its restaurants “Casa” (meaning home in Portuguese), is bringing its fiery flavors to a city that has a deep love for food and bold taste experiences. After winning hearts in Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Punjab, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, Pune now joins the list of cities enjoying the iconic Nando’s touch.
“Pune is a city rich in culture, creativity and a serious love for food,” said Sameer Bhasin, CEO, Nando’s India. “We’ve felt the excitement from Punekars, who have been visiting us in other cities in India and other countries for a long time, and now we’re ready to serve the bold, unforgettable flavors they’ve been waiting for. We’re proud to bring our PERi-PERi experience to Pune and Phoenix Marketcity is the perfect place to begin.”
What sets Nando’s apart is its fresh approach to food. All its bastings, marinades, and sauces are made using real ingredients with no artificial flavors or colorants. The chicken is always flame-grilled for that unique taste, and diners can choose their spice level, from mild to Extra Hot, depending on how much heat they can handle.
Beyond the food, each Nando’s Casa is designed to immerse guests in the heart and soul of Southern Africa. Bold colors, handcrafted art, and Afro-Luso beats create a lively atmosphere that reflects the brand’s roots while offering a warm and welcoming space for diners.
With Pune added to its footprint, Nando’s now serves its signature flame-grilled chicken across seven major Indian cities, continuing its journey of spreading the love for PERi-PERi flavors.
